Shipping Policy

Shipping Information - 100% Satisfaction is our Goal!

I.  At Office Decor and More, we ship items all over the country on a daily basis.  All items are boxed securely for transport and are finished and ready to display out of the box.  Minimal shaping may be required for some items.

II.  In general, items that are shorter than 6’ will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Service.  Items 6' and taller will generally be shipped using a Common Carrier Freight Trucking (semi-truck) service.  Typically, decorative containers will be shipped in the same box as the tree or plant.  In some cases, they may ship separately.  Expedited shipping (such as 2nd day air, or overnight air freight) are available but must be arranged over the phone by calling customer service at 800-303-1380 ext. 219.

All freight charges are based on standard ground service.  Shipping transit times vary between 1 and 5 days depending on your location. 

III.  Our typical lead time to ship items is 7-14 days.  Items should arrive to their destination within 3 weeks.  If you are experiencing a delay of your shipment, please contact our customer service personnel at 1-800-303-1380 ext. 219 for assistance.  Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.  Or you can e-mail us from the Contact Us page.

    Additional Shipping Notes:
  1. Your order may be shipped in separate packages.
  2. Shipping and Customer Pickup is from 3116 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15201 only.
  3. In-transit damage claims must be made directly with the common carrier.  Ownership of the order is transferred to the purchasing party when the items leave our facility.
  4. Freight charges for "Truck" deliveries are based on a single item being shipped.  If multiple truck items are being shipped on the same order, the items may be shipped together on the same pallet.  If needed, please use the Contact Us form to request freight logistics for large orders.
  5. Shipping rates are based on a commercial address destination. Residential and/or inside delivery may result in extra freight charges. Office Décor customers are responsible for payment of these types of added special delivery charges.
  6. Standard delivery is either UPS - United Parcel Services or Fed-Ex  ground service for small package delivery or a Common Carrier Freight Company for larger items.
  7. Please note: expected shipment times appearing in the item descriptions specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at it's finial shipping destination.  Delivery times vary according to method of shipment and location of the shipping address.
  8. Pricing Disclaimer: Office Decor and More reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in which item pricing or shipping calculations are displayed incorrectly as result of human or technological errors, or by third party tampering or hacking. In the rare event that such a pricing discrepancy should appear on your order(s) you will be contacted by our customer service personnel to review the corrected price prior to your account being charged.
